I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76023 for your 2021 Chevy Blazer as it fits whether you have the Premier model or not. For wiring I recommend the T-One # 118720 with mounting bracket # 18144 for a 4-Way or the T-One # 118276 and mounting bracket # PK12711U for a 7-Way.

To round out your towing setup I recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B as it has great quality and allows you to tow a wide variety of trailers with it's adjustments. Adding a locking hitch pin like part # e98882 will secure the whole ball mount and deter theft of this investment.
