You'll need to go with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76023 for your 2023 GMC Acadia AT4.

We actually had the chance to install this hitch on that exact vehicle so I'm attaching the installation video and a photo of the finished install for your reference.

@Jack Yes, the Draw-Tite # 76023 is also the only hitch that will fit your 2022 Acadia AT4. We actually had a chance to install this on a 2022 model as well so I'm attaching that video for you!
