To verify the bearings on your 2017 EZ Loader 1987, you should be able to contact EZ Loader. All they will need is your VIN and they should be able to tell you exactly what you need. From everything I could find, there were 3 or 4 different hub options that could have been used. If they cannot tell you what was used, there are a few ways verify them.
There are typically numbers/letters engraved on the bearings and races. However, these do wear out over time and can be hard to read or find. If this is the case, you can also measure the inside diameter of the bearings. These can be pretty exact, so I recommend using a pair of calipers if you need to go this way.
