I wish to install a curt breakaway battery charger part no cur52025 to my trailer breakaway battery. Do I hook the positive lead already on the battery to the positive lead on the battery charger or do I eliminate the positive lead that is on the battery

When installing the Replacement Charger for Curt Soft Trac I and II Trailer Breakaway Kits # C52025 the red wire that has the spade terminal pre-crimped on it will be the only thing on the battery positive post. If you have an old wire on there you can remove it.
