I lost the factory default code, is it possible to get it back?

I spoke to my contact at Creative Products Group and he told me that there are 2 ways you can get your factory default code for your Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock # 295-000183. He said the first way is to take the back plate off the lock, there should be four screws. Once you do that, peek in and there should be a sticker that will jump out at you. The default code should be on that sticker.

If you do not see the default code on that sticker, he said behind the circuit board there will be a cutout in the door. On the lower left hand corner there should be a sticker there with the code. You may need to push down the styrofoam a little, but it should be right there.
