Do I need to use the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay # 88400 for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler with push button start?

The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay # 88400 that you referenced actually isn't needed for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler with the push button start. In order to ensure proper operation of the signal lights and braking system you instead need the Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490.
