The closest replacement tire to your older 165R13 tires is going to be the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM3S120 you were looking at.
This tire will be slightly larger at 5/8" taller and 5/16" wider, but this is close enough that you should have no fitment issues.
In addition to the tires being what you need, this 4 lug bolt pattern should also match but you will want to measure the bolt pattern of your current wheels just to be sure. This wheel has the common 4 on 4" bolt pattern, and the included help article will walk you through the measuring process.
I included a video of the # AM3S120 for you to take a look at.
