I am trying to replace a MaxxFan Mdl. 4951ks that uses a wall mounted pad to operate. I am told the part number is 00-4951ksx. Will the 4751 Ksx fan work with the the existing wall mounted key pad as it is only 4 speed and existing garnish? Will it fit in the existing roof hole?

Yes you are correct the Replacement MaxxFan Plus 4-Speed Roof Vent with White Lid # MA00-04751KSX is the right replacement and measures 18 1/8" long and 16 1/2" wide, which is the same measurements as your current MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K.
