Re: Replacement MaxxFan Plus 4-Speed Roof Vent with White Lid Part Number: MA00-04751KSX. This appears to be a version where one MUST use a wired remote switch for the fan. Do you have a version that has the fan controls built into the housing? I have seen that version, but cant find it on your website.

Hello again Thomas!
The # MA00-04751KSX does indeed need to be a wired to a wall control for it to work. It's really used as a replacement or upgrade to a pre-existing damaged or worn out unit.
I believe what you are looking for is the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke # MA00-04500K. This one is a bit more optioned out and actually has a remote that can be used, but does have those controls on the actual housing as well.
Is this what you are looking for or was it something else?
