Question:

I purchased this Tow Dolly used and have recently lost one of the brackets and ratchets. there are no markings or tags identifying the make and model so I do not know where to start. While searching your website I came upon the RM-2000-31 with a QandA from a previous customer. The pictures were so close I made myself believe it was a match, but upon arrival I realized my bracket was a couple of inches taller than the RM-2000-31. Do you carry a replacement bracket for the trailer in the pictures I have provided?

We do have a different style ratchet option for your older tow dolly but you will need to measure the size of the bracket on your current ratchet.

The most likely option we have is the Replacement Left Side Ratchet Winch # DM5432 or the Right side # DM5433. The mounting plate on these winches measures 2-3/4" wide x 4-3/4" tall as shown in the included diagram.

If this will work for you then I also recommend picking up two of the replacement 3-point Tie-Down Strap - Small # DM03528-81 or Large # DM03528-93 depending on the size of your tires. If you can send me over your tire size I would be happy to confirm the correct straps for you.
