The tongue weight used is going to be without weight distribution installation. Tongue weight of your trailer is something that can be measured using a variety of different methods. There is no effective way to try to measure what the tongue weight becomes while using a weight distribution hitch.
If you are looking for a weight distribution hitch I would be happy to make a recommendation if you let me know the tongue weight of your setup. I have attached a helpful article on how to determine trailer tongue weight for your reference. Keep in mind that this also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle.
