What is the NEMA rating of the enclosure?

The Hughes Autoformers Voltage Booster with Surge Protection - 30 Amp # HU24FR has a NEMA rated plug at TT-30P. The enclosure box is weather resistant but not water-proof, it can not be submerged in liquid or left out in heavy rain or water will penetrate the enclosure. When speaking with Hughes Autoformers they informed me that the enclosure is not NEMA rated yet. So I recommend getting the Hughes Autoformers Rain Cover for 30-Amp Voltage Boosters # HU78FR, just to be safe.
