Question:
My 2007 Ford F-350 has a utility box rather than a standard truck bed. I need the three dimensions shown on the attached photo to confirm whether this hitch will still fit or not.

I checked with Curt and they sent me the following dimensions based on your picture for the # C15410.
Red line measurement 10.55”
Yellow Line measurement 5.32”
Green Line measurement is 7.5”
