Question:
We recently purchased a 2nd hand 2013 Vibe. After doing research, we have found out our broken awning is a Solera manual pull style. We are looking to replace the pitch arm for one side, but didnt know if we could replace both with the universal crank style or power conversion sets. Does the actual awning spinnerbar holding the fabricinch need to be replaced as well to work with the crank or power?

To switch to a crank or powered awning you will need to change the end caps on your manual Solera Awning as well as remove the torsion spring.
I recommend using the Solera 18V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434730 as this kit contains everything that you need to have a power awning on your 2013 Forest River Vibe. It includes the endcaps as well as all the mounting hardware that you will need to install the power arms. You will not have to run any power wires as the arms are powered by a rechargeable battery. This battery will allow you to operate the awning 22-25 times from the switch on the front awing arm.
If you rather have a crank style awing you will need the Solera Manual Hardware # LC434728, 2 Replacement Endcaps # LC423750 as well as the appropriate hardware which will need to be sourced from your local hardware store.
If you would like to replace your current arm I will need to know the exact arm that you have. There should be a sticker located inside your current arm that gives the part number of that arm. If you can provide me with this information I can find the correct arm for you.
