For your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic with 6-1/2 foot bed and V6 engine, I do recommend the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit # C60730. This will be rated higher than the vehicle is, but there is no drilling required to install the frame brackets of the installation kit making it a straightforward install. With the ball storing inside the hitch, it keeps it safe and secure when not in use.
One potential add on I suggest when installing a gooseneck hitch is an in-bed wiring harness, like the Curt # C56070. This makes for an easier connection to the trailer so you don't need to drape the wiring over the tailgate to get to the 7 Way on the bumper.
