Question:
Hi we have a trailer from 2011. Would this trailer be LED compatible? Thinking of upgrade to LED unless its already LED lights on the back. How can I tell? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The LED trailer taillight part # STL82RB would be compatible with a trailer that was made in 2011. The matching driver side is the part # STL83RB. One way to determine if you have LEDs or not is to feel the light housing after the light has been on for a while. If the housing is noticeably warm you do not have LEDs. Also incandescent bulbs take a second to light up and shut off. Whereas the LEDs light up and shut off immediately.
