It looks like from the photos I was able to find, the 2003 Coachmen Clipper Sport 106 will take a standard A-frame trailer jack. For that reason you can use something like the Buyers Products A-Frame Jack w/ Support Foot - 15" Travel - 2,000 lbs # 3370091260, which will work with trailers that have a tongue weight of up to 2000-lbs-so it's well rated for your trailer.
With that said, if you've got a battery to connect to I recommend an electric A-frame trailer jack like the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 24" Lift - 3,500 lbs - White, Item # JET-3555, since it will lift your trailer quickly without cranking any handles. There's plenty of lifting capacity and lift for your Clipper and it's extremely easy to use.
I've linked a review video of these jacks for you to check out as well.
