Great basic trailer jack, exactly what I needed. Fit and installed easily. But the best part is that etrailer shipped the unit the same day I ordered it, so I received it 2 days later, with no extra shipping charges! This is the 3rd time I have ordered from etrailer, and once again I find customer service you can trust, and parts on which you can rely.
Very happy with the purchase of this jack. This jack appears to be made by Ram and they make quality products. I have Ram A-Frame jacks on my other trailers as they have proven to be durable, well built and retain smooth action over years of use.
Was the perfect replacement for my utility trailer. Shipping was fast and etrailer communicated with me at every step.
This was the smallest diameter and lightest duty I could find at etrailer. A bit large for this application but I squeezed it in and it does the job.
It looks and feels like the one the trailer came with minus the brand sticker. As a product improvement suggestion I would ask that they would include new 3ea. 3/8-16 x 3/4” bolts, flat and lock washers. I’ve been a maintenance professional for 44 years and this is just common practice and sense to install new hardware.
Operation after installation is very smooth. I would recommend this to anyone.
