To install the Jensen Antenna - Top or Side Mount - Rubber Mast # 44US01R you'll need to drill a hole about 3/8" wide to fit the coaxial cable connector through into your RV. You'll also need to pre drill some holes for the mounting screws using a 7/64" drill bit since the included screws aren't self-tapping. You'll place the black gasket on the antenna over the coaxial connector and you will place the white gasket on the inside of the RV. Then run the screws through and tighten them up with the included washers, locking washers, and nuts and then you can screw on the cable and run it to your stereo.
