You will definitely need an adapter to hook up your Hercules tow bar to the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524459-5 you're looking at, unfortunately since we do not carry NSA RV products we don't have the correct adapter for this situation. You would need to contact NSA RV Products to find the correct adapter.
If you are unable to get an adapter and need to replace the tow bar so you can flat tow your 2020 Ford Ranger you can use the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar is designed to easily attach to your direct-connect base plates with no adapters needed. It has a non-binding design allows you to release your vehicle at any time, anywhere on even or unlevel ground and large hookup radius that makes connecting a breeze at any angle, even if your vehicle isn't perfectly lined up with your RV.
