I am looking for clamps for my Truxedo Truxport to install on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Is TX1703926 the correct product I need? I am moving this Truxport from a 2008 Toyota Tacoma to a 2020 and the mounting hardware are not long enough for the new truck

The difference between the tonneau cover that fits a 2008 and and 2020 Toyota Tacoma is more than just the clamps. It's all of the hardware and the cover is slightly different as well so you'd need an all new tonneau. So if you had the 6 foot bed the correct Truxport would be the part # TX257001 or if you had a 5 foot bed you'd want the part # TX256001.
Worth mentioning is that the clamp kit you mentioned does not fit either of these covers.
