I installed my hitch and it pushes out on my lower valance?

According to Draw-Tite, their 24999 Class I hitch which we sell as part # DT75MR is a fit for all 2021 Hyundai Elantra models except for the N Line model. Draw-Tite mentions in step # 5 of the installation instructions that the rear fascia will need to be notched a bit to allow the receiver tube to pass through it.
