The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202 may clear the spare tire on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler, but you will want to take one measurement to verify. As shown in the attached photo, measure the distance from the hitch pin hole to the rearmost part of your spare tire. If this distance is less than 8" then it will clear your spare tire.
This is a very nice carrier that has a ramp for easy loading or unloading bikes. Locks are included to deter theft of your bikes and bike rack.
Since the Thule EasyFold XT may not clear your spare, I would instead look into the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HR200Z. The closest part of the carrier is 12-1/8" from the hitch pin hole and there are quite a few customers that have used this successfully with their Jeep Wrangler

I just received my rack and installed it on my wrangler. It fits great for the bikes. BUT the tire/door hits when it’s tilted down. I’m ok with that. Looks great!!!
