The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358 will fit a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 that has a 170" wheel base and the dual rear wheels. This receiver is designed to fit models that have the factory step bumper, and will not fit passenger vans or frames that are only 30-3/8" wide outside to outside. I have linked an installation video below that was done on a similar 2014 Sprinter

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13388 is for models that have a standard bumper and not the step bumper. This will have the same fitment restrictions, and will not fit passenger vans or frames that are only 30-3/8" wide outside to outside.
