Question:
Hi - Looking at Blue Ox Sway Pro WDH for travel trailer with 410 lbs dry tongue weight + extra ~ 60 lbs or so for weight of propane tanks and battery on tongue. I understand I need to add weight of items in truck bed aft of rear axle to tongue weight. Does that include the 100 lbs of weight from the WDH? Question is whether to use the 350 - 550 lb bars, or the 550 - 750 lb bars. I think adding the 100 lb of WDH weight would require the 750 lb bars. Towing with 2015 F150. 2006 Coachmen Captiva 220ex, 6,000 lb GVWR, dry weight ~ 4,000 lbs. Thanks.

Due to its role in the weight distribution of the tongue weight, the weight of the weight distribution hitch does not count towards the tongue weight of your trailer.
With that said you will need to confirm your total tongue weight before deciding on a weight distribution hitch. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your 2015 Ford F-150. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044, but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
Since you mentioned your 2006 Coachmen Captiva 220ex has a GVWR of 6000lbs and trailer tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight, you should expect between 600-900lbs tongue weight with the trailer loaded to the GVWR.
You will likely need either the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Hitch # BXW0750 that works with total tongue weights between 550-750lbs, or the # BXW1000 which works with total tongue weights between 750-1000lbs.
The # BXW750 does not include a hitch ball, so you will need either 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer. The # BXW1000 includes a 2-5/16" hitch ball, so if your trailer uses a 2" hitch ball you will also need the # A-90.
I included a few video reviews of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
