I have 2018 Prime Time Crusader 27rk fifth wheel. I tow it with a 2016 Dodge 2500 Cummins and a pull rite auto slide hitch. When hooked up I ride nose high with an 8 inch bed clearance. Can this unit be installed to lift the trailer?

We have tandem axle trailer lift kits like the part # RR23QX which will give you additional height of 2 inches but the Timbren Silent Ride you mentioned was not designed for adding height to the trailer. Since your Pullrite trailer hitch is not height adjustable you might see if you can install your pin box into a different set of holes on the trailer frame to change it's height.
