I have a Champion 4650 inverter generator, if I plug in the Camco Power Grip RV Power Maximizer to the 120V 30A RV and also to the 120V 20A on the generator will it give me 50 amps or just 30 amps?

The Power Grip RV Power Maximizer # CAM55025 will hook up to your RV's 50 amp power cord and allow you to pull from a 30 amp power source and 15 amp power source at the same time for a combined 45 amps. You'll be able to plug the 15 amp plug into your 20 amp generator but it will only pull 15 amps.

Yes the configuration you mentioned would work fine with the Power Grip RV Power Maximizer #CAM55025. You can plug the 15 amp plug into a generator and the 30 amp into a power outlet and you'd be totally fine.
