Good Morning Can power watchdog 30 amp with epo be plugged into 15 or 20 amp regular house outlet with plug adapter that has its own breaker at meter. Thank you

While the Portable Power Watchdog Surge Protector # HU67FR can be plugged into a 15 or 20 amp outlet using an adapter it wouldn't offer much surge protection for that circuit since the circuit would need to prevent surges above 15 or 20 amps whereas this protects for over 30 amps.
