Question:

I have a 2011 F150 no side step, with a factory hitch. I am planning on purchasing the HAPPIJAC Tie downs LC182860, you recommend using these turn buckles LC182898 also. The length for the front turnbuckles is listed as 23.5 inches. These will be too short for this application need to be around 32. Would I need to replace the shorter front j-bolts with LC149814 to make them reach?

The HappiJac Direct-to-Frame Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs like part # LC182860 will work best with the HappiJac Original Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs part # LC182898 when you replace the front turnbuckle j-hooks with the Replacement Threaded Hook for HappiJac Rear Turnbuckle part # LC149814. You can also obtain four of the Replacement Rear Turnbuckle for HappiJac Original Turnbuckle Set part # LC182900.
