Had an issue with the reset button falling out/breaking off, so I am inquiring if the Lippert Controller part #13398-C2 is replaced with part #13398-DO and is the same part.

Yes, according to the manufacturer, Lippert, the Lippert Replacement Controller for In-Wall Slide-Out # LC211852 (13398-DO) does replace the 13398-C2.
