The Generac tailpipe 0E0683 that you are looking for has been discontinued, although you may have luck finding an alternative tailpipe with similar specs. It has an inside diameter of 1-1/4" and appears to measure 11-3/4" long according to my research. The closest thing we have is Camco Gen-Turi Replacement 30" EMT 90-Degree Discharge Pipe # CAM44812. The smaller end had ID of 1.37" and OD of 1.5", while the flare end measures 1.53 ID to accept a 1-1/2" pipe. It measures 30" long but could be cut to fit a smaller application.

In regard to the spark arrestor 089680, I was not able to find anything similar to this so you may need to reach out to the manufacturer. The closest thing is Replacement Spark Arrestor Kit with Hardware for etrailer 4,500-Watt Portable Generator # 333-336413503 which measures 3" in diameter and is for etrailer 4,500w generator.
