Question:

I am looking to purchase an AL 88240 kit for my front suspension. A lot of times my factory auto leveler will lift the front wheels off the ground - I try to avoid this but it happens. Is there a potential issue with over extending this airbag and causing damage to the bag itself when the suspension fully extends? Secondly have y’all ever installed a 1/2 gallon reserve / ping tank for each bag? I have heard some folks say this helps smooth out harder bumps. Sincerely,

Based on your concerns I have a really great option for front suspension enhancement for your 2019 Thor Hurricane Ford F-53 RV with a 16k GVWR with the SumoSprings Rebel part # SSF-170-40-2. This is a two piece kit which means that if your front suspension wants to extend due to your levelers the two pieces would easily separate which means no interference there and also these are much more softer feeling than air bags so that ride quality you mentioned would be improved as well. Plus you'd never have to mess with air pressure and lines.

Having to over extend the air bag will limit the suspension travel which will put a strain on the bags and also on the leveling system so it is not the way to go.
