Will Air Lift Front Air Bags Limit Use of Jacks on Ford F-53

Question:

Ive read that if you add air bags to the F53 suspension and then raise the jacks dont know if that included front tires off the ground that it can damage the air bags. Any confirmation that air bags can limit the use of the jacks? Thanks

The use of the jacks on your Ford F-53 will not be impacted by the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Front Axle # AL88240.

You don't want to keep the bags stretched though, if that was what you were referring to. Per Air Lift, "The vehicle can be lifted on a hoist for a short-term service work such as tire rotation or oil changes. However, if the vehicle will be on the hoist for a prolonged period of time, support the axle with jack stands in order to take the tension off the air springs."
