There is a TorkLift SuperHitch that fits your 2012 Ram 3500 with a factory hitch that is welded on, though it is a different part number than the one you mentioned. There are two options for a TorkLift SuperHitch for your truck, one with a 2 inch receiver and the other with a 2-1/2 inch receiver:
- 2 Inch Receiver: TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1102
- 2-1/2 Inch Receiver: TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLD1102-30
Both are Class V hitches, with the 2 inch # TLD1102 offering a 17,000 lb towing/1,700 lb tongue weight capacity, and the 2-1/2 inch # TLD1102-30 giving you a 20,000 lb towing/2,500 lb tongue weight capacity.
