Who is the Engineer that designed this replacement actuator without a place for a padlock? What the heck people.

The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Disc Brakes - 2" Ball - Zinc Plated - 7,500 lbs # 099-175-20 does not have a place for a standard pad lock, but you can still lock the coupler.
You will need the etrailer Surge Brake Coupler Lock # e98888 which will get inserted in the hole pointed out in the included diagram.
