I have a beach cruiser bike that I would like to take on my road trip. Will this carrier fit the bike without an adapter?

Looking at the slope on the top tube, you will need an adapter bar to allow your beach cruise to sit level across the arms of the # TH45JV Thule Raceway bike rack.

The Thule adapter bar would be part # TH982XT. I am including some links to a videos showing how the adapter works.
