Question:

I have a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado what base plates do I need to use this tow bar. I have two slide bars. Previously it was used to tow a Saturn.

To flat tow your 2021 Chevy Colorado it'll need to be the 4WD model and you'll need to follow the steps listed under "Recreational Vehicle Towing" in your owner's manual to get your vehicle ready to tow. If you have 2WD you will not be able to flat tow or dolly tow your Colorado and will need to have it towed on a trailer. To flat tow your Colorado you'll need a Tow bar, tow bar wiring kit, base plate, breaking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:

Tow Bar: You will want to use a tow bar and not just two slide bars. You could use the # RM-501 you linked to if you stay under the 6000lbs weight capacity and have a ball mount to attach to. The dry weight of the 2021 Colorado ranges from 4,000 to 4,700lbs dry so you'll need to make sure you don't load up the truck and surpass the weight capacity of the tow bar.
