Will this tow bar work with Demco base plate DM9519319. 2022 COLORADO LT 4X4 ? I do not want to cut the fascia on my Colorado to install Base Plate.

Yes, the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit item # DM9519319 will work with the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e94ZR. The Demco base plate kit is confirmed to fit your 2022 Chevrolet Colorado LT. It mounts where your tow hooks are currently and protrudes through the same cut outs.

Some other components needed to flat tow your Chevy Colorado are listed below:

For a wiring harness I suggest item # RM-15267, the diode kit that comes with this allows you to splice into the taillight wiring so that your RV controls your Colorado's taillights and does not require drilling into the housings. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your Colorado and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.

Almost all states require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot item # BLU37TR. It applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.

You will need to disconnect your positive cable from the battery to flat tow your Colorado. The Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System Item # RM-766 is a one time setup if you want to be able to use a switch instead manually disconnecting the negative cable.

The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
