Can you adapt a BandW fifth wheel hitch to work on a 2022 OEM prepped Ford F350 if the hitch was originally installed on a non OEM prepped 2021 Ford F250 truck? Im trying not to have to buy a new hitch if possible. Thanks...

Yes, you can convert your standard B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch for use with the Ford Super Duty prep package. The B&W Companion hitches use the same hitch head, so all you will need to do is replace the base, which will allow you to mount the hitch in the Ford pucks and save you some cash so you don't have to buy a whole new hitch.

I'm not sure if you need the sliding base or fixed base, so here are both options for you:
