To get the mounting hardware to install the Curt Trailer hitch Receiver # 13456 you were looking at you will need to use Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK.
On the product page for the # RHK you will select Curt from the drop down menu and enter 13456 in the hitch item number field. This will get you all of the replacement hardware required to get the hitch installed.
