I am looking at the E trailer SD tow bar. Is there an option to set it up for Jeep D ring style attachments? Thanks

The Roadmaster or Blue Ox D-Ring adapters haven't been tested with the etrailer brand # e24ZR tow bar, so the manufacturer can't speak to the compatibility.
I'd recommend going with a tow bar and D-ring adapter with known compatibility, like the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain tow bar, part # RM-522. For a D-ring adapter, use # RM-035 for 3/4 inch thick D-ring mounts or # RM-035-1 for 7/8 or 1 inch thick D-ring mounts.
Before using the D-rings on an aftermarket bumper for towing purposes, you'll want to check with the bumper manufacturer to make sure the bumper has sufficient capacity for towinng.
