Should You Completely Cover Wood on Bunk Boards with Marine-Grade Carpeting or Leave Wood Exposed
Updated 06/30/2021 | Published 06/29/2021 >
Question:
Is it best to leave some wood exposed to help dry the boards or use the 18 inch wide and cover all the exposed wood? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
It is recommended to cover all of the exposed wood. When the wood is exposed there is a greater risk of rot and damage. The carpeting is made of breathable polyester which makes sure it can dry out so no mold will build up and damage the wood or carpet.
I have attached a video review for your reference.
