The difference between the two is the weight capacity. The part # BWRVB3710 is rated 20,000 lbs and the part # BWRVB3715 is rated for 25k capacity.

Hey D, it looks like the weight difference between the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC #BWRVB3715 and #BWRVB3710 is 3 1/2 lbs, with #BWRVB3710 being the lighter of the two.
