Hey Larry, thanks for reaching out!
The puck locations for a 2021 Ram truck will be different than a 2025 Chevy 2500 so we need to either swap out the base or get you a whole new Companion.
To replace the base that fits with your Chevy puck system you need part # BWRVB3710 for a 20K base, or the part # BWRVB3715 for a 25K base. Be sure to get the base that matches your current Companion weight rating since you're limited by your least rated component.
If you'd rather go with a whole hitch (and offset the cost by selling the whole hitch you currently have) then you need part # BWRVK3710 for the 20K and the part # BWRVK3715 for the 25K.

I have a Chev 2500 hd short box Chevy with GM puck setup and I need a 20k hitch for slider 5th wheel. Include tax and shipping cost if you would. I can get this BW at Discount hitch installed for 1539.00 dollars. Thanks Text me I don’t always use my email
