Now the cause for the power not getting to your Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack # LC89VR will be dependent on if you are using the 7-way adapter to draw power from your vehicles 7-way connector, or if you hard wired the jack to the battery on your trailer.
Starting with the 7-way connector option I recommend using a circuit tester like # 40376 to verify that the 12v power pin of your 7-way connector is working correctly. This is the 1 o'clock pin as shown in the included diagram. If you do not have power you will want to check the engine bay fuse box of your vehicle and see if the the fuse is blown.
If you hardwired the # LC89VR to the on-board battery of your trailer you will want to check the inline fuse on the red power wire to make sure it is not blown. You will also want to make sure your trailer battery is fully charged as a battery that is not fully charged can prematurely blow the fuse.
I included a video of the # LC89VR for you to take a look at.
