It connects directly to your tow vehicle through its Power Swap 2-way to 7-way plug system, giving you power without draining your trailer battery. But we do have Will Call available for local customers. It all depends on what you are looking for. Are you wanting to come in purchase something and pick it up? Then no, that service is not available due to our new additional warehouses that we have now. There is no guarantee that the part you are needing is in our Will Call location. So, we do not offer local pick up anymore. However, you are definitely free to come into our Vehicle Consultation Center for some assistance in getting the parts that you are needing ordered.

Thank you for your review. I would test the 1 oclock position of your 7-way on the vehicle with a circuit tester, like item # 40376, which is the 12v power circuit. It should show active all of the time. If it is not active then the jack will not be powered by the 7-way plug, so we would need to figure out why, which is more than likely a blown fuse.
