Tekonsha doesn't list an estimated installation time for their trailer wiring harnesses like they do with their trailer hitches, but after looking through the install instructions and viewing the linked installation video, I'd estimate that the install should take a professional about an hour, and a fairly capable do-it-yourselfer about an hour and a half.
I'll also link to a help article that addresses how to run the wire from the rear of the vehicle up to the battery.
