your showing a delivery of. is there any other kits that will work in there place. without self adjusters maybe.

The Demco Kar Kaddy tow dolly does require these specific brakes, and there aren't other kits that will work, it does need the following:
- Left Hand: Demco Hydraulic Drum Brake - Single Servo # DMSB24429M
- Right Hand: Demco Hydraulic Drum Brake - Single Servo # DMSB24428M
The reason for that is these brakes mount to a specific bolt pattern of 4 on 3.96" which is different than standard hydraulic brake kits; essentially, they are designed specifically for use with the Demco Kar Kaddy while other options are not.
