I have 2019 Mercedes metris. Does this come with light connections? If not, do you sell separately?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76015 is confirmed to fit your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris. It does not include any electrical connectors for your Metris.
I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT to give your Metris a 4-way flat trailer connection. This system uses sensors to detect power traveling through the taillight wiring so the you do not have to splice into your factory harness and cause excess strain on the factory wiring. A Mounting Bracket # 18144 will allow you to secure the 4-way to the tab on the Draw-Tite receiver.
