Can you please help me with which parts i need to replace this damage? Arm length: 69

Thank you for the photos and that information, and based on those photos, what you will need to do is replace the awning arm altogether. For the 69 inch wall mount, the correct part is the following:

- Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154

Hey Steve, so we don't have replacement inner arms for the Solera 58 inch Edge awnings. Best solution we have would be a replacement drive arm which we have with the part #LC22ED.

When your current pitch arm is folded out and fully extended measure it's overall length. If it's 69 inch it would be the part #LC375994 for a replacement or if it's 63 inches #LC97UD.
